The Marketing assistant will provide all administrative support to Marketing Department through conducting and organizing administrative duties and activities.

1. Administrative duties as answering phones, taking messages, processing paperwork, travel arrangements, filing, faxing, preparation of expense reports.

2. Receive visitors.

3. Responsible for admin purchasing, for example: water, tea, medicine and so on.

4. Receive and distribute the mails, delivery letter, documents and samples include domestic and international.

5. Prepare and edit presentations, letters, reports and other documents

6. Organize internal and external events

7. Liaison with internal and external contacts or vendors

8. Coordinate the flow of information both internally and externally

9. Other tasks from leaders.
